Referral Program
LOOP SPORT AB (“LOOP SPORT”, “we”, “us” or “our”) may offer a referral program that allows existing customers to refer friends or other new customers to LOOP SPORT and receive a reward or benefit in return.
Eligibility
To participate in the referral program, the referrer must be an existing LOOP SPORT customer and meet any eligibility requirements communicated in connection with the referral offer.
The referred person must be a new LOOP SPORT customer who has not previously placed an order with us, unless otherwise stated in the specific referral offer.
Referral Rewards
When an eligible referred customer completes a qualifying purchase using the referral link, code or other referral method provided, the referrer may receive the reward specified in the applicable referral offer.
Rewards may take the form of a discount, voucher, store credit, promotional product or other benefit determined by LOOP SPORT.
The referral reward is issued after the referred customer has completed a qualifying purchase and may only be used towards the referrer’s next eligible order with LOOP SPORT. The reward cannot be applied to an order that has already been placed, including the order that generated the referral reward.
Unless otherwise stated:
- referral rewards have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash;
- rewards are non-transferable;
- rewards cannot be combined with other promotional offers or discount codes;
- only one referral benefit may be applied per qualifying order; and
- any minimum purchase amount, validity period or other conditions communicated with the offer will apply.
Qualifying Referrals
A referral will only qualify where the referred customer completes a valid purchase in accordance with the conditions of the referral offer.
Cancelled, refunded, returned, fraudulent or otherwise invalid orders do not qualify for referral rewards. If a reward has already been issued in relation to such an order, LOOP SPORT reserves the right to cancel, withdraw or deduct the reward.
Personal Use and Misuse
The referral program is intended for genuine personal referrals to friends, family members, colleagues and other personal contacts.
Participants may not create multiple or false accounts, refer themselves, make referrals using misleading information, engage in fraudulent activity or otherwise attempt to obtain referral benefits contrary to the purpose of the program.
Referral links or codes may not be distributed through unsolicited commercial messages, automated systems or other methods that LOOP SPORT reasonably considers abusive or inappropriate.
LOOP SPORT reserves the right to refuse, cancel or withdraw any referral reward where we reasonably believe that these Terms & Conditions have been breached or that the referral program has been misused.
Changes and Termination
LOOP SPORT reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the referral program, including its rewards, eligibility requirements and other conditions, at any time.
Any changes will not affect rights already acquired by customers where such rights cannot legally be limited or excluded.
General Terms
Participation in the referral program is also subject to LOOP SPORT’s general Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy and any additional conditions communicated in connection with a specific referral campaign.
Nothing in these referral terms limits any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable Swedish or European Union law.
